One-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage for eligible Noctlight lighting products purchased directly from our store, subject to the terms below.
What is covered
Noctlight warrants to the original purchaser that an eligible product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, finish aging, patina, natural material variation, bulb replacement, and consumable parts;
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect voltage, unsuitable dimmers, misuse, neglect, impact, moisture, corrosion, overheating, unauthorized modification, or inadequate maintenance;
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, scaffolding, electrician fees, consequential property damage, or third-party expenses unless required by law;
- Products without proof of purchase, altered serial information, resale purchases, samples, or items marked final sale.
How to make a claim
Contact us during the warranty period with the order number, product name, installation date, detailed description, and clear photos or video. Do not uninstall or return an item until instructed, unless safety requires immediate disconnection by a qualified professional.
Available remedies
After evaluation, Noctlight may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace it with the same or comparable item, or refund the purchase price. The remedy is selected by Noctlight to the extent permitted by law. Replacement parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Legal rights
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights; additional rights vary by state. We do not disclaim implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed. Where permitted, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
