Shipping Policy

Clear information about order processing, complimentary worldwide delivery, tracking, customs, and delivery exceptions.

United States delivery estimate: 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate and product-specific.

1. Order processing

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. In-stock products typically require 1–3 business days to process. Made-to-order, customized, oversized, or backordered lighting may require additional production time shown on the product page or confirmed after purchase.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Address verification, payment review, product customization, or high-volume periods may extend processing.

2. Complimentary worldwide shipping

Noctlight provides complimentary standard door-to-door shipping on every order to destinations we currently serve. Remote areas, restricted destinations, unusually oversized shipments, or services requested after checkout may require an additional charge disclosed for approval before shipment.

3. Estimated delivery

For the contiguous United States, standard transit is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by customs, severe weather, carrier capacity, local restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

4. Tracking and delivery

A tracking link is emailed when available. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after international handoff. Customers must provide a complete, secure delivery address and monitor tracking. Carrier delivery scans, signatures, building reception records, and delivery photographs may be used to confirm delivery.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and other governmental charges. These charges are not controlled by Noctlight and are not shipping fees.

6. Damage, loss, and address problems

Inspect packages promptly. Report visible damage, missing parcels, or missing parts within 7 days of delivery and retain all packaging. For an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcel, reshipping and return costs may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery readiness checklist

  • Confirm the complete street address and unit number
  • Provide a reachable telephone number
  • Review doorway and elevator access for oversized fixtures
  • Monitor tracking after the dispatch email
  • Arrange reception for signature-required deliveries
  • Photograph any visible carton damage before opening

Multiple-item and oversized orders

Large chandeliers, floor lamps, fragile glass pieces, and multi-item orders may ship in separate cartons or through different carrier networks. Separate tracking numbers do not indicate missing merchandise. Oversized delivery may be curbside or require an appointment where door-to-door service is unavailable; any known exception will be communicated before dispatch.

Risk of loss

Risk transfers as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights relating to goods not received. Customers should not authorize unattended delivery when the location is insecure.
