Can I send a return to the business address?

No. The Montrose address is the business registration and correspondence address. Request written authorization and the correct return warehouse before shipping anything.

Can I attach photos to this form?

Shopify’s standard contact form does not reliably accept file attachments. Submit the form first, then reply to our email with clear photos and your order number.

Do you support custom lighting?

Selected products may support changes to size, finish, color, suspension length or configuration. Feasibility depends on the design, quantity and project schedule.
