Follow your Noctlight shipment and understand each stage from order confirmation to delivery.
Use your shipping confirmation
Open the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. Carrier scans may take 2–5 business days to appear after international dispatch or handoff.

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | We received the order and payment confirmation. |
| Processing | The product is being prepared, inspected, or produced. |
| Shipped | The parcel left our facility; tracking was issued where available. |
| In transit | The parcel is moving between international or local carrier facilities. |
| Delivered | The carrier recorded delivery at the address, reception area, or authorized location. |
No tracking update?
Short pauses are normal during export, customs, and carrier handoff. If there is no update for more than 7 business days, email us with your order number. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check household members, reception, neighbors, safe locations, and the local carrier before contacting us.
Protect your information
Noctlight will never ask for a complete card number by email to release a shipment. Use only links from your order emails or our official website.
When to contact us
Before dispatch
Contact us for an address correction as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.
After dispatch
Contact us if tracking is inactive beyond the normal handoff period, the carrier requests information, or delivery is substantially overdue.
International tracking stages
International lighting shipments may show export acceptance, line-haul transport, customs presentation, customs release, local carrier handoff, out-for-delivery, and delivery. A period without a scan does not necessarily mean the parcel has stopped moving.
Delivery problem checklist
- Check the complete carrier tracking history
- Confirm the shipping address on the order
- Ask building reception and household members
- Look for a delivery photo or safe-place note
- Contact the last-mile carrier
