Who may apply

Design firms, licensed architects, professional decorators, developers, contractors, hospitality purchasers, retailers, and other qualified businesses may apply. Approval is discretionary and may require a business website, professional credentials, resale certificate, tax documentation, or project information.

Pricing and tax

Trade pricing is not guaranteed for every product, cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated, and may change prospectively. Tax-exempt purchasing requires valid documentation accepted before checkout; taxes already collected may not be refundable.

Project orders

Lead times, deposits, cancellations, storage, split shipments, samples, and custom terms are confirmed in a written quotation. Custom and made-to-order items are generally final sale after approval and production begins, except for verified defects or non-waivable legal rights.

Project workflow

Samples and finish expectations

Finish or material samples may be available for selected projects and may involve fees and shipping. Samples represent general character rather than a guarantee of exact uniformity, particularly for handmade, natural, oxidized, stone, glass, wood, or woven materials.

Procurement responsibility

Trade professionals remain responsible for verifying specifications, code requirements, client approvals, site measurements, installation conditions, and suitability for the project. Noctlight recommendations do not replace architectural, engineering, photometric, or electrical review.
