Accepted payment methods

Available methods are displayed at checkout and may include major cards, accelerated wallets, and other region-specific options supported by Shopify and our payment providers. Availability varies by country, currency, device, and order value.

Authorization and charges

Submitting an order authorizes the applicable payment provider to validate and charge the total shown at checkout. A temporary authorization may appear before final capture. Orders may be held for verification, and we may request confirmation to protect the customer and Noctlight from fraud.

Currency and conversion

Displayed currency may depend on location. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates, foreign transaction charges, or cross-border fees that are not controlled or refunded by Noctlight.

Taxes, duties, and invoices

Applicable sales tax is calculated where required. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage are handled as stated in our Shipping Policy. Order confirmations and available receipts are sent electronically.

Payment security

Payments are processed by established third-party providers. Noctlight does not store complete card numbers or security codes on its own systems. Checkout security indicators and provider terms apply.

Failed, disputed, and refunded payments

If payment fails, verify billing details or contact the issuer. Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; posting time depends on the financial institution.

Checkout checklist

• Billing address matches the issuer’s records
• Shipping address is complete and serviceable
• Order currency and total have been reviewed
• Contact email and telephone number are correct
• Applicable tax and duty treatment is understood
• Product voltage and specifications are confirmed

Fraud-prevention review

For unusual, high-value, mismatched, or rapidly repeated orders, we may request reasonable identity or address confirmation. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, or security codes. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation and release or refund of the authorization.

Promotions and store credit

Promotional codes must be entered before payment, have no cash value, and are subject to stated dates and exclusions. Unless required by law, discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Gift cards and store credit are governed by their disclosed terms and applicable unclaimed-property law.
